Generally

All software sold on our site are delivered by download. After receipt of your payment (by credit card, check, bank transfer, administrative mandate), we will send you an email containing a download link of the software, the activation code and the technical support and service trade coordinates.
The products delivered in physical form ( backup CD, documentation papers, etc.) are delivered to the shipping address you specified during the ordering process. The risks will be charged from the date ordered products have left our premises. The deadlines listed below are possible means and correspond to the processing time and delivery time specified by the carrier for each country depending on the choice of service. FSecure can not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery. In case of items available on different dates because of their availability, delivery time is based on the longest period. FSecure reserves the possibility of dividing deliveries. Participation in the cost of processing and shipping is charged for one shipment. In the event of unusual delay, an e-mail will be sent to you.

Delivery problems

You must verify the conformity of goods delivered at the time of delivery and before signing the delivery note.
